15% of the gross income per booking, minimum monthly fee £250, all fees exclusive of VAT
Cleaning Services
Housekeeping fees are dependent on the size of the property, in most cases 100% of the fee can be charged to your guests
Marketing Package
Our set up fee includes detailed advice on amenities you will need to maximise guest experience, a full inventory, professional photography, engaging professional housekeeping and other services, arranging the change from Council Tax to Business Rates (where appropriate), advice on compliance with all Regulatory standards and set up of your property on the booking portals
